My whole life has been guided by movement: moving forward, transforming, evolving.
For over 20 years , I have held financial and general management positions in international and multicultural environments .
I learned to speak the language of managers : numbers, reporting, strategy, performance.
But over time, I understood that beyond the figures and processes, it is the women and men who make an organization grow .
It is this conviction that led me to inspirational leadership and coaching .
